Review by hotel critic
The hotel's location in the heart of the old town is undeniably convenient for exploring the rich historical sites nearby. the room, though possibly not the most spacious, was clean and comfortable. the amenities provided, such as the smart TV for entertainment and a room fridge for convenience, were appreciated. The inclusive access to the spa facility was a definite highlight, offering a range of indulgent treatments and relaxation options. However, in terms of luxury, the hotel may fall slightly short compared to more upscale options. For the price paid, the services and facilities provided were adequate, but for those seeking a truly opulent experience, they might find the accommodations just satisfactory. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist in various languages added a personal touch to the stay. Overall, Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town offers a decent balance between affordability and basic luxury, making it a suitable choice for a brief stay to explore the charming surroundings.
